ABOUT

I’ve been an artist since I could hold a crayon, and I've loved movies for just as long. During the first three decades of my life I answered the call to create by drawing and taking photographs. The funny

thing is, I never thought I could actually make movies of my own. Watch them and study them, yes – but actually get behind the camera?

A few years ago I took a film studies class in college, and it sparked a renewed passion for filmmaking. Fast forward a year and I had bought myself a Sony camera.

I'm so glad I did. I absolutely love videography!

There’s something mesmerizing about being on the sidelines of someone’s experience and getting to watch them immerse themselves in it without reservation. Videography enables me to do that. It facilitates a connection with others that has added something crucial to my life as an artist: community.

My camera is my paintbrush, and my subject is you! Doing what you love, celebrating love, making art, making music, dancing yourself silly, celebrating with friends and family. From my place behind the camera, I’ve come to realize that these are the most important things in life. And capturing them on video is my answer to that lifelong call to create.
